How do I prepare for my appointment?
You can arrange for someone to accompany you so that you can get home safely if you get your eyes examined with dilating drops which will entail a blurry vision for a few hours. Get all your previous reports and consultation sheets along with you. Do get a list of all your medications or carry the medications, if possible.
How do I reach the Hospital?
Our hospital address is: 30, The Affaires, Palm Beach Road, Sector 17, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai 400705. We are easily accessible from both, Sanpada and Vashi stations, it being a ten-minute drive from either of the two stations. You could always reach our help desk for detailed directions to the hospital.
I do not have any complaints. Can I just check my vision?
Yes, we have a department of qualified and well-trained optometrists who can conduct vision exams and prescribe corrective lenses or simply ascertain that your vision is perfectly normal.
Can my one year old kid's eyes be tested?
AEHI offers Paediatric Ophthalmology services which cater to children and teenagers up to 18 years of age. Even if your child is too small to talk and express himself like an adult would for an eye test, our Paediatric Ophthalmologists can diagnose and detect problems using latest instruments and techniques.
What are Hospital timing?
AEHI is a day-care hospital operating on Mondays to Saturdays from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm.
Do you accept Insurance?
Yes, our Hospital has tie-up with all the major healthcare insurance companies and corporates and we provide cashless and Mediclaim for eye services, eye surgeries, eye treatments and eye tests.
What are the payment modalities available?
Cash payments, credit cards and all major banking debit cards are accepted at the Advanced Eye Hospital.
